First: Purpose of the Agreement
This agreement aims to define the rights and responsibilities of both the instructor and the student within the
framework of delivering online educational lessons, ensuring commitment, discipline, and the quality of the learning
process.
Second: Attendance and Commitment
1. General Commitment:
Both parties agree to attend at the previously agreed-upon times with accuracy and respect for punctuality.
2. Student Obligations:
- The instructor is committed to being prepared for the lesson and attending on time.
- If the student is more than 15 minutes late without prior coordination, the lesson will be considered held and counted.
- If the student wishes to postpone a lesson, the instructor must be notified at least 6 hours in advance; otherwise, the
lesson will be counted.
3. Instructor Obligations:
- A student arriving late to a lesson without prior notice is considered to have violated the agreement.
- In case the instructor is unable to attend for any reason, the student must be informed in a timely manner, and the
lesson shall be rescheduled. - If the instructor is more than 15 minutes late without notification, they are required to repeat or compensate the
lesson.
4. Emergency Situations:
- In case of emergencies affecting either party, coordination shall be made to reschedule the lesson without harm to
either side.
Third: Payment
- The lesson fees and payment schedule shall be agreed upon in advance by both parties .
- Full payment must be made before the start of the lessons, whether on a weekly, monthly, or per-course basis.
- Once payment is received, the lessons are considered officially booked, and any rescheduling must be arranged in
advance. - Lessons will not be conducted if the student fails to pay the dues without acceptable justification.
Fourth: Refund Policy
- If the student decides to withdraw before the first lesson, the full amount will be refunded.
- If withdrawal occurs after the lessons have started, only the unused portion will be refunded, provided the delivered
lessons do not exceed 25% of the total agreed lessons. - If more than 25% of the lessons have been delivered, no refund will be issued.
- Any applicable refunds will be processed within a maximum of 7 business days from the date of the request.
Fifth: Academic Performance and Review
- The instructor commits to delivering well-structured and goal-oriented educational content.
- The student is expected to complete assignments and participate actively during the lesson.
- The instructor will provide periodic reviews to reinforce learning, and regular tests may be arranged by mutual
agreement. - Diverse teaching methods will be used to enhance comprehension and retention.
Sixth: Recording and Privacy
- Lessons may not be recorded, redistributed, or shared without written consent from both parties.
- Both parties agree to respect privacy and not to use any information or content for non-educational purposes.
Seventh: Termination of Agreement
- Either party may terminate the agreement with at least one week’s prior written or verbal notice.
- Completed lessons will be calculated, and any remaining payments will be handled according to the refund policy above.
Eighth: General Provisions
- This agreement becomes binding upon mutual approval by both parties.
- Mutual respect and cooperation shall govern all interactions.
- In case of dispute, both parties are encouraged to resolve it through direct communication; if not possible, a neutral
third party may be consulted.
